Hours of Operation
We are open M-F from 10am – 4pm Pacific Standard Time.
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday due to attending and hosting local events.

Service and Repairs
Mobic Bikes will only service and repair the Mobic brand bikes that we sell. We offer complete tune-ups and flat repairs during our business hours by appointment. Tune-ups are $50 and flat repairs are $20. For a quote and to schedule a service or repair please contact us (650) 516-6242 to reserve a time slot. If the service takes longer than 1 day we will offer you a loaner bike for your convenience at no additional charge for our valued customers.

Orders and Store Policy
When you place your order online of through the phone you are agreeing to MobicBikes.com’s store policy below. Should you have any question regarding your purchase please speak to one of our customer service representatives prior to your purchase.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal via PayPal’s encrypted secure payment gateway. To purchase start by clicking the “Buy Now” button and follow the instructions on the site. If you come across any questions please contact us at (650) 516-6242.
Limited Warranty
Mobic bikes come with a 5 year warranty on its frame and fork to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Mobic also warrants all original parts on the bicycle (excluding tires and inner tubes) for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. To request for a warranty replacement. Please contact us at (650) 516-6242 to request an RMA number.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of your purchase. To request a return, exchange or a warranty replacement, please make sure you have your original receipt and contact us at (650) 516-6242 to request an RMA number. All returns, exchanges and warranty replacements must have a RMA number written on the return box or we will not accept the return. To make things easier we will help you process your return over the phone. Please note that return shipping and insurance is paid for by the customer. We are not liable for the shipping costs and damages to the bike during shipment back to us. We recommend to ship via FedEx or UPS and insure the package with a tracking number. Make sure to return your bike in its original packaging box. We can not offer a refund if the bike is not returned to us in its original sellable condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns made within 30 days. Refunds and returns will not be accepted after the 30 day period from the purchase date. After we receive and inspect your bike we will process the necessary return or exchange for you within 2-3 business days.
Cancel Orders
If you need to cancel the order you just placed please contact us at (650) 516-6242 by 10:00am Pacific time the following business day so we can cancel your shipment. Please note once your order leaves our warehouse you can not cancel your order. A 20% restocking will apply to orders canceled after 10:00AM Pacific time.

The privacy and security of your personal information is very important because we believe you should have complete peace of mind throughout your shopping experience. If you prefer not to order online, just give us a call and we will be more than happy to take your order over the phone.
The personal information we acquire to process and ship your order will never be sold or released to any third party. Since PayPal is our shopping cart and payment gateway, all data is securely encrypted through their site. For more information see PayPal’s privacy policy.
Safe and Secure Online Ordering
Mobic uses PayPal the largest payment processor on the planet. All payment transactions are handled by PayPal and not through Mobic and thus your information is secure and safely encrypted with the highest encryption technology available today. Once you click the Buy Now button the URL in your browser’s address bar will begin with https:// and a lock icon should appear in your browser’s status bar. This indicates that you are on PayPal’s secure server, where all data is encrypted.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Rates
We are currently offering Free Ground Shipping as our summer promotion. Free Ground Shipping applies to ground shipments to continental U.S. states only, excluding AK, HI, PR. Any order total over $379.98 will come with Free Ground Shipping. After this promotional period, the cost to ship the bike via FedEx ground (our preferred method) is $35 anywhere in the U.S. (this excludes HI and Alaska which is an additional $30). Shipping insurance is included. For those that need it quicker we offer 2nd Day Air and the cost is $80 anywhere in the U.S. For shipments outside of the U.S. please contact us for a quote.
Delivery Time
We ship via FedEx insured. If you select Ground as your shipping method, the delivery time usually take between 2-7 business days. Orders shipping to the west coast usually take 2-3 days and central states take about 2-4 days and the east coast orders take 4-7 business days. We will email the tracking number once the order leaves our warehouse.
Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
If your bike arrived damaged please contact us within 24 hours or one business day at (650) 516-6242. You maybe asked to take pictures of the damage box and our carrier will come to your location for a physical inspection or pick-up of the damaged shipment. So please make sure that you keep the original shipping carton as we will need it to make a claim with the shipping carrier. Once we approve your DOA claim will ship you a replacement bike right away.
