Why Buy a Mobic?

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax (8.75%) is only applied to customers with a billing and ship to address in the state of California. Tax is not applicable to other states.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal via our Encrypted Secure Payment Gateway via PayPal.
How many colors does it come in?
The Mobic 415A currently only comes in Ergon Silver. We will be adding more colors based on customer requests.Tell us what color you prefer.
Are Mobic’s good for kids?
Yes if they are above the height of 4 feet 8 inches thanks to our quick release seat post that allows you to adjust the height of the saddle based on the riders height.
Will there be other Mobic models available?
Yes, we are currently testing our super light version of our Mobic folding bike. Sign up for our newsletter or become a fan on Facebook or Twitter as we will announce our next Mobic models and colors.
Where can I demo a Mobic?
We are currently offering demo bikes in the San Francisco Bay Area. Check out our events calendar on when and where our demo days are scheduled. If you don’t see a date or time that works for you, just contact us and we will bring our Mobic bike to your home or office so you can demo it. We are also in the process of building our dealer network to a retailer near you.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel the order you just placed please contact us at (650) 516-6242 by 10:00am Pacific standard time the following business day so we can cancel your shipment. Please note once your order leaves our warehouse you can not cancel your order. A 20% restocking will apply to orders canceled after 10:00am Pacific standard time.
What is the warranty on Mobic bikes?
Mobic bikes come with a 5 year warranty on its frame and fork to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Mobic also warrants all original parts on the bicycle (excluding tires and inner tubes) for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. To request for a warranty replacement. Please contact us at (650) 516-6242 to request an RMA number.
How long does it take to ship my bike after I place the order?
We ship via FedEx insured. If you select Ground as your shipping method, the delivery time usually take between 2-7 business days. Orders shipping to the west coast usually take 2-3 days and central states take about 2-4 days and the east coast orders take 4-7 business days. We will email the tracking number once the order leaves our warehouse.
What should I do if the bike arrived damaged from UPS or FedEx?
If your bike arrived damaged please contact us with in 24 hours or one business day at (650) 516-6242. Please make sure that you keep the original shipping carton as we will need it to make a claim with the shipping carrier.
How do I request for a warranty replacement?
To request a warranty replacement, please make sure you have your original receipt and contact us at (650) 516-6242 to request an RMA number. All warranty request must have an RMA number first no exceptions. We will help you process your return over the phone. Please note that return shipping and insurance is paid for by the customer. We are not liable for the shipping costs on the bike you are returning back to us.
